Keto Eggo Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Keto Eggo (“Keto Eggo”, “App”, or “Service”), operated by Seyfi Can Zeyrek (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing the App, tapping continue, creating a plan, using any feature, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms include important provisions about health disclaimers, keto diet risks, subscriptions, advertising, local data storage, liability, and dispute resolution. Please read them carefully.
1. App Store, Google Play, and Huawei AppGallery Terms
These Terms are between you and Seyfi Can Zeyrek, not Apple, Google, Huawei, or any app store provider.
Apple, Google, Huawei, and other app store providers are not responsible for Keto Eggo, its content, diet information, health disclaimers, subscription features, or support, except where required by their own rules or applicable law.
You must also comply with the rules of the app store from which you downloaded the App, including Apple App Store, Google Play, Huawei AppGallery, or any other distribution platform.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and mandatory app store rules, mandatory app store rules may apply to the extent required.
2. Description of Keto Eggo
Keto Eggo is a mobile app designed for general informational and tracking purposes.
The App may include features such as:
• Keto onboarding
• Approximate calorie targets
• Approximate macro targets
• Approximate net carbohydrate targets
• Approximate water targets
• Recipe suggestions
• Food logging
• Meal planning
• Exercise logging
• Weight progress tracking
• Daily progress or keto score
• Motivational content
• Push notification reminders
• Premium ad-free experience
• Advertisements for free users
Keto Eggo is not a medical app, medical device, healthcare provider, dietitian service, nutrition counseling service, emergency service, or professional health service.
3. Eligibility: 18+
You must be at least 18 years old to use Keto Eggo.
By using the App, you confirm that:
You are 18 years of age or older.
You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
You will use the App only in compliance with applicable laws.
You will not allow a minor to use the App through your device or account.
If you are under 18, you must not use Keto Eggo.
4. Important Health and Keto Disclaimer
Keto Eggo is provided only for general informational and tracking purposes.
Keto Eggo does not provide:
• Medical advice
• Diagnosis
• Treatment
• Disease prevention
• Disease management
• Emergency assistance
• Professional dietitian services
• Professional nutrition counseling
• Personalized medical recommendations
• Medical monitoring
• Healthcare services
Keto and low-carbohydrate diets may not be suitable for everyone and may involve risks.
These risks may depend on your body, health history, medications, pregnancy status, activity level, eating history, metabolic condition, medical conditions, and other personal factors.
You should consult a doctor, licensed dietitian, or qualified healthcare professional before starting keto, low-carbohydrate dieting, fasting, calorie restriction, exercise changes, or any nutrition plan.
Do not rely on Keto Eggo as a substitute for professional medical advice.
5. Do Not Use Without Medical Advice in Certain Situations
You should not use or rely on Keto Eggo without first consulting a qualified healthcare professional if any of the following apply to you:
• Pregnancy
• Breastfeeding
• Diabetes
• Kidney disease
• Liver disease
• Heart or cardiovascular disease
• Cancer or active cancer treatment
• History of eating disorder
• Current or past disordered eating behavior
• Metabolic disorder
• Digestive disease
• Blood pressure problems
• Regular medication use
• Use of insulin or glucose-lowering medication
• Any condition requiring medical supervision
• Any doctor-prescribed diet restriction
• Any allergy or severe food sensitivity
• Any situation where dieting, fasting, calorie restriction, or tracking may create physical or psychological risk
If you experience dizziness, fainting, severe weakness, chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe allergic reaction, confusion, severe dehydration, or any serious symptom, stop using the App and contact local emergency services or a qualified healthcare provider.
6. No Medical Advice, Diagnosis, or Treatment
All information, targets, suggestions, messages, and outputs in Keto Eggo are provided for general informational and tracking purposes only.
This includes:
• Calorie targets
• Macro targets
• Net carbohydrate targets
• Water targets
• Recipes
• Meal plans
• Food information
• Exercise information
• Progress summaries
• Keto scores
• Motivation messages
• Notifications
• App-generated plan outputs
None of these should be interpreted as medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, cure, disease management, or professional healthcare guidance.
You are responsible for deciding whether the App is appropriate for you.
7. No Doctor-Patient or Dietitian-Client Relationship
Using Keto Eggo does not create a doctor-patient, dietitian-client, nutritionist-client, therapist-client, coach-client, or other healthcare professional relationship between you and Seyfi Can Zeyrek, the App, any content provider, or any third-party service provider.
No communication, notification, app screen, plan, recipe, target, or progress message creates a professional healthcare relationship.
8. Nutrition, Food Database, and Recipe Accuracy
Keto Eggo may display food, recipe, nutrition, calorie, macro, net carbohydrate, protein, fat, fiber, water, and exercise information.
This information may be based on internal data, public references, estimates, calculations, third-party sources, or user selections.
Nutrition and food information may be:
• Approximate
• Incomplete
• Outdated
• Incorrect
• Not suitable for your body
• Not suitable for your medical condition
• Different from actual packaged food labels
• Different by brand, portion, country, preparation method, or ingredient quality
You should not rely on Keto Eggo as the only source of nutrition, allergy, medical, or ingredient information.
Always check product labels, ingredient lists, restaurant information, and professional sources before consuming food.
9. Calorie, Macro, Net Carb, Water, and Exercise Estimates
Keto Eggo may calculate or display approximate values for:
• Calories
• Protein
• Fat
• Carbohydrates
• Net carbohydrates
• Fiber
• Water intake
• Exercise calories
• Daily targets
• Progress percentages
• Keto score
• Weight progress
These values are estimates and may not reflect your actual metabolic needs, actual calorie burn, actual hydration needs, actual ketosis state, or actual health status.
Exercise calorie estimates are especially uncertain and may vary based on body composition, intensity, device accuracy, fitness level, and other factors.
Water targets are general estimates and may not be appropriate for users with certain medical conditions.
10. Allergy and Ingredient Disclaimer
Keto Eggo may allow you to select allergies or food preferences. The App may try to filter or adjust recipes based on your selections.
However, Keto Eggo does not guarantee that:
• Recipes are allergen-free
• Food suggestions are safe for your allergies
• Ingredient lists are complete
• Nutrition data is error-free
• Cross-contamination is impossible
• A food item is safe for your medical condition
• A recipe is suitable for your religious, ethical, medical, or personal restrictions
You are fully responsible for checking ingredients, labels, restaurant information, and allergen warnings before consuming any food.
If you have allergies, severe sensitivities, or medical food restrictions, consult a qualified healthcare professional and do not rely only on the App.
11. Eating Disorder and Mental Wellbeing Warning
Keto Eggo includes calorie, weight, food, exercise, and progress tracking features.
These features may not be appropriate for everyone.
If you have a history of eating disorder, disordered eating, obsessive tracking behavior, anxiety related to food or weight, body image distress, or any mental health concern affected by diet tracking, you should not use the App without guidance from a qualified healthcare professional.
If using the App causes stress, unhealthy restriction, guilt, anxiety, compulsive behavior, or harm, stop using the App and seek appropriate support.
12. Fasting Disclaimer
Keto Eggo may include fasting-related preferences or suggestions.
Fasting is not suitable for everyone and may create risk depending on your health status, age, medication, pregnancy status, blood sugar regulation, eating history, work conditions, and lifestyle.
Any fasting-related feature is general information only and is not medical advice.
Consult a qualified healthcare professional before fasting, especially if you have diabetes, blood sugar issues, pregnancy, breastfeeding, eating disorder history, medication use, or any medical condition.
13. User Responsibility and Accuracy of Inputs
Keto Eggo may generate targets or suggestions based on information you enter.
You are responsible for:
• Entering accurate information
• Keeping your information updated
• Checking whether app outputs are appropriate for you
• Reviewing food labels and ingredients
• Monitoring your own health and wellbeing
• Consulting professionals where needed
• Deciding whether to follow any app suggestion
If you enter incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or misleading information, the App’s outputs may be incorrect or unsuitable.
14. No Guaranteed Results
Keto Eggo does not guarantee:
• Weight loss
• Fat loss
• Ketosis
• Improved health
• Reduced appetite
• Better energy
• Muscle gain
• Medical improvement
• Achievement of target weight
• Specific results within a specific time
• Accuracy of calorie or macro calculations
• Safety or suitability of any diet plan
Results vary by person and depend on many factors outside our control.
15. Local Storage and No Backup
Keto Eggo is not a backup service.
Diet plans, onboarding answers, allergy preferences, meal logs, water logs, exercise logs, weight progress, recipe preferences, and other tracking data may be stored locally on your device.
If you delete the App, reset your device, clear app data, change devices, or lose access to your device, local data may be permanently lost.
Unless an optional cloud backup or sync feature is clearly introduced in the future, we may not be able to restore local data.
16. Subscriptions, Payments, and Cancellation
Keto Eggo may offer free and paid access.
Premium currently provides an ad-free experience.
If additional paid features are introduced in the future, they will be clearly shown inside the App before purchase.
16.1 Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date according to the rules of the relevant app store.
Your app store account may be charged for renewal according to the store’s subscription rules.
16.2 Cancellation
Deleting Keto Eggo does not cancel your subscription.
You must cancel through the subscription settings of the relevant store, such as:
• Apple App Store account settings
• Google Play subscription settings
• Huawei AppGallery subscription settings
• Any other store where the purchase was made
16.3 Refunds
Refunds are generally handled by the app store or payment provider where the purchase was made.
We do not control Apple, Google, Huawei, or other app store refund decisions.
16.4 Prices
Prices may vary by country, currency, promotion, tax, platform, subscription type, and app store.
Prices and subscription terms will be displayed before purchase.
17. Advertising and Premium Ad-Free Experience
Free users may see advertisements in Keto Eggo.
Premium currently provides an ad-free experience.
Advertising may be provided through Google AdMob, Huawei Ads, or other advertising providers depending on platform and region.
Keto Eggo does not use your local diet, allergy, meal, water, exercise, or weight tracking data for advertising personalization.
Advertising availability, format, frequency, and providers may change over time.
18. Third-Party Services
Keto Eggo may rely on third-party services for app operation, subscriptions, ads, notifications, diagnostics, payments, and platform compliance.
These may include:
• Apple App Store
• Google Play
• Huawei AppGallery
• Firebase
• RevenueCat
• Google AdMob
• Google User Messaging Platform
• Apple App Tracking Transparency
• Huawei Push, Ads, or In-App Purchase services, if used
• Crash reporting or diagnostic services, if used
• Cloud infrastructure providers
Your use of the App may also be subject to the terms and privacy policies of these third-party services.
We are not responsible for third-party services except to the extent required by applicable law.
19. Intellectual Property
Keto Eggo, including its design, branding, text, illustrations, mascot, icons, interface, software, features, content structure, and related materials, is owned by us or licensed to us.
You may use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes unless we give written permission otherwise.
You may not:
• Copy the App
• Modify the App
• Reverse engineer the App
• Extract assets
• Reproduce the mascot or branding
• Sell or redistribute App content
• Use App content for competing products
• Use the App in a way that violates intellectual property rights
20. Feedback
If you send us feedback, suggestions, ideas, bug reports, or feature requests, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation.
We may use feedback to improve Keto Eggo or develop related products.
21. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
• Use the App for unlawful purposes
• Use the App if you are under 18
• Misrepresent your age or health status
• Use the App as a substitute for medical advice
• Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the App
• Interfere with App security
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated abuse
• Attempt to bypass subscriptions or payments
• Upload or introduce malware
• Violate app store rules
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Use the App in a way that harms us, other users, or third-party services
22. Service Availability, Changes, and Updates
Keto Eggo may change over time.
We may update, modify, suspend, remove, replace, or discontinue:
• Features
• Recipes
• Food data
• Plans
• Premium benefits
• Prices
• Ad formats
• Tracking features
• Notifications
• App design
• Supported platforms
• Third-party providers
We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all devices.
23. Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the App if:
You violate these Terms
You misuse the App
You attempt to bypass payments
You create legal risk
You interfere with app security
We are required to do so by law or platform rules
We discontinue the App or relevant features
Termination for breach does not automatically entitle you to a refund.
Refunds remain subject to the rules of the relevant app store or payment provider.
24. Warranty Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keto Eggo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not promise that:
The App will meet your expectations
The App will be uninterrupted
The App will be error-free
The App will produce accurate diet targets
Food data will be correct
Recipes will be suitable for you
Allergy filters will be complete
Exercise estimates will be accurate
You will achieve any health, weight, fitness, or nutrition result
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some exclusions may not apply to you.
25. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Seyfi Can Zeyrek shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or similar damages arising out of or related to your use of Keto Eggo.
This includes damages related to:
Reliance on diet information
Reliance on calorie or macro estimates
Reliance on food or recipe data
Allergic reactions
Health outcomes
Weight changes
Exercise decisions
Fasting decisions
Lost data
Subscription issues
App unavailability
Third-party services
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for Keto Eggo in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations, so some limitations may not apply to you.
26. Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Seyfi Can Zeyrek from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
Your use of the App
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of law
Your misuse of diet or nutrition information
Your failure to check ingredients or allergens
Your inaccurate user inputs
Your violation of third-party rights
Your attempt to bypass payment or security systems
27. Local Law, Export, and Sanctions Compliance
You are responsible for using Keto Eggo only where permitted by local law.
You may not use the App in violation of export controls, sanctions, embargoes, platform restrictions, or applicable legal restrictions.
The App may not be available in all countries or regions.
28. Governing Law, Izmir Jurisdiction, and Individual Claims
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law rules.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the courts and enforcement offices of Izmir, Turkey shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or Keto Eggo.
If you are a consumer residing in a country where mandatory consumer protection laws give you the right to bring claims in your local courts, nothing in these Terms limits those mandatory rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you and Seyfi Can Zeyrek agree that disputes must be brought only on an individual basis and not as a class, collective, representative, consolidated, or mass action.
29. Translations
These Terms may be translated into different languages.
If there is a conflict between the English version and a translated version, the English version will control to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Mandatory consumer protection laws in your country may provide otherwise.
30. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If changes are significant, we may notify you through the App, by updating the “Last Updated” date, or by other appropriate methods.
Your continued use of the App after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using the App.
